Our story started back in 1967 when Richard Hamilton-Irvine, an architect and a passionate traveller from New Zealand, discovered the beauty and potential of Norfolk Island. He fell in love with the place and devoted his life to building and constantly improving residential houses and tourist accommodation properties for others to be able to visit this unique South Pacific paradise.
